You might be asking yourself, “What is IWasLazy.com?“. I’ll try and do my best to answer that. In 2009, Derek Howes and Kane Sumabat  have decided to partner up an offer not just online personal training, but a community. Both Derek and Kane have been training online clients long before IWL was started. IWL was developed in order to give the client not just the most for their money, but the best one can offer. Every question, comment, post, or email will be geared towards what the client/visitor wants and needs.

One of the first things we both have realized is that most people don’t understand in order to achieve their goals as quickly and effectively as possibly, you need the knowledge of both nutrition and fitness, which is why both me and Kane will help you understand as much as possible about what you are doing to your body and why. The more you understand, the easier it will be for you to get to where you want to be. Over the course of our training and training others we understand that everyone has different goals and in order for us to more effectively focus on each person, we will design a program that will suit each individual uniquely depending on their goal(s).

Each client who is accepted into the IWasLazy.com training program will receive the best online training out there. You will not just get an individualized program and nutrition guide that was made for you to reach your goal(s), but you will also receive unlimited support whether it be by phone/text, gmail chat, email, or a private forum in which you will have access to upon being accepted.

You may be now asking, “do you offer anything else besides online training?“. Here is what else you will see on IWL:

About Kane Sumabat also known as Timberwolf:

If you’re a subscriber or regular reader of bodybuilding magazines such as Flex, Muscle and Fitness, Muscular Development and Fitness- RX,  Timberwolf may already seem vaguely familiar. Since 2007, Timberwolf has been the spokesmodel for the supplement company Controlled Labs, appearing in their multi-page “Winning the War agaisnt Genetics” ads featured in those magazines. Additionally,  in 2009, Timberwolf was featured in two training pictorials in Muscle and Fitness, including the popular “Caveman Training” article. Known for his year-round conditioning, athletic prowess and unconventional approach to training and nutrition, Timberwolf also stars in the aptly named “Train Insane with Kane” video series hosted by Bodybuilding.com.  Although his physical appearance belies his age, Timberwolf actually has almost 3 decades of experience to share.

I was first introduced into the fitness industry by my Step Father who was an Amateur Bodybuilder. I think I was 13. At first, like most of us, I strived for being the strongest I could be. As the years went by I started focusing more on the bodybuilding aspect of it. I eventually moved on from that and realized my true passion is teaching and helping others live a healthier lifestyle/reach their fitness goals. I was always intrigued with how the body responded or reacted to certain types of training or a specific diet. Being that person who once strived for being the strongest and then focusing on “sculpting” my body, I’ve come to learn how to achieve most any goal that has been thrown at me from both first hand experience and knowledge. Over the years I’ve tried all types of training and dieting techniques, which I think (first hand experience) always trumps anything you can read in a book. I’m still continually learning and trying new techniques.

As of 2009, I currently own and run and Independent Personal Training company out of Windham, NH called DHFTNS. I love working with clients first hand and will continue to do so for as long as I can. I’ve always wanted to reach out to as many people as possible and I believe that by us starting this website it will help me do so.

Over the course of the next year IWasLazy.com will be changing dramatically for the better. Not only will the layout be changing as the site progresses to be more user friendly, we will also be incorporating a better “community” for our online clients.

The main goal of IWL is to offer the best online personal training out there. We pride ourselves on having our clients reach their goals.
