Recipe #13 CCAK (Cucumber, Celery, Apple, Kale) Smoothie

You can pretty much use any blender to make this. You will need something to push down the ingredients (especially the leaves) so that they will blend better (a wooden spoon works good as long as you don’t hit the blade or use the celery as suggested below).
To make things easier throw in and blend the cucumber and water first. Then throw in the apple followed by the kale leaves and use the celery to push down the kale leaves as you blend it all together.
Use more or less depending on how much you want. You can add anything to this – this is just what I drink and think tastes fairly well for what it is.
- 1 Cucumber (chopped)
- 175 grams Celery
- 1 Apple (chopped)
- 100 grams Kale
- 6-8oz Water
- Calories 188
- Carbohydrates 45 grams
- Fiber 11 grams
- Sugar 24 grams
- Protein 5 grams
Tips: Use more or less water to make it more smoother or thicker
