Recipe #11 Protein Turkey Meatballs

What you need:
- 24oz extra-lean ground turkey breast
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon whole flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon garted Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick salt/sodium free all-purpose seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
The making process:
- Preheat oven to 400 degree
- Coat a 2 quart baking dish with 0 calorie cooking spray
- Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl with your hands
- Shape the mixture into 16 meatballs
- Bake for 7 minutes and then turn them over and bake for another 8-10 minutes (or until no longer pink)
