Hood Whipped Light Cream Review

Everyone has a sweet tooth every now and then, so why not fight that craving with some low calorie light whipped cream instead of binging on cake or ice cream?

With 15 calories and 1 gram of fat you can’t really complain. I have tried a few “fat free” whipped creams and most of them have had a sour and/or “fake” taste to them. This Hood Light version however tastes exactly like the real thing. The only downfall of this whipped cream is that it has high fructose corn syrup, which I try to keep out of my diet for the most part.

For anyone looking to crave their sweet tooth I highly recommend picking this up. Put it on your protein pancakes, oatmeal, fat free jello/pudding, etc.

Overall Review:

  • Taste: 10/10 (Like the real thing)
  • Cost: 10/10 (Cheaper than real whipped cream)
  • Healthiness: 7/10 (Would be better without the high fructose corn syrup/1g of sat fat)
